Xolair Beauty Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the contractual relationship between Xolair Beauty and the client, hereinafter referred to by their name, effective as of the date specified by both parties. Xolair Beauty is committed to providing top-tier beauty services and operates under the following terms and conditions, governing our mutual engagement.

1. Service Agreement:

1.1 Xolair Beauty shall provide professional hairstyling services at an agreed-upon date, time, and location, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. 

1.2 In unforeseeable circumstances preventing service delivery on the agreed date, Xolair Beauty will issue a full refund and endeavor to find a suitable replacement stylist if possible. 

1.3 Hair & wig units for styling should be sourced & made by our Xolair Beauty team. However, clients may provide their own wig units/bundles, subject to the conditions in section 2.7.

2. Client Responsibilities:

2.1 Clients must make all payments promptly as per this agreement. 

2.2 Clear and timely communication of service times and dates is required. 

2.3 For services outside Accra, clients are responsible for additional costs, including feeding, accommodation, 

2.4 Travel, feeding, and accommodation arrangements must align with Xolair Beauty's travel policy. 2.5 Clients are expected to be prepared for services at the agreed time and location. 2.6 A suitable work environment is required for service provision. 2.7 If clients opt to provide their own hair bundles or frontals, these must meet Xolair Beauty's quality standards. A fee of GHC 200 will be deducted from the package for using client-provided wigs. 2.8 Xolair Beauty reserves the right to adjust hairstyles or refuse service if provided resources are not suitable.

3. Bookings and Payments:

3.1 A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. 

3.2 Full payment is required for bookings outside Accra to reserve a date and time. 

3.3 Payment signifies acceptance of these terms if the agreement remains unsigned. 

3.4 Dates and times are reserved upon full receipt and confirmation of the initial deposit. 

3.5 Initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

4.1 Changes in date or location are subject to Xolair Beauty's availability. 

4.2 Cancellations more than four weeks prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Within four weeks, all payments are forfeited. 

4.3 Special circumstances, such as privacy requests, will incur a fee of GHC 1000.

5. Transportation and Travel:

5.1 A fixed rate of GHC 400/day is applied to transportation for events in Accra. 

5.2 For bookings outside Accra, flight is required in regions with

airports. Feeding & accommodation will also be catered for by the client.

6. Photography and Privacy:

6.1 Xolair Beauty reserves the right to use photos and videos of the services for promotional purposes, unless a privacy package is requested.

7. Entire Agreement:This document represents the full agreement between Xolair Beauty and the client. No other promises or conditions, oral or written, are valid beyond what is contained herein.
